image was professionally taken, YOU MUST PRESENT PERMISSION
FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHER to have it reprinted. If Letter
Bugz is in doubt, we will ask you for a signed release
or to send a different photo.

DO NOT submit photos containing NUDITY or EXPOSURE of Genitalia.
We will delete them upon receipt and ask you to submit a
different photo. Thanks for understanding!!!

If
possible, submit ORIGINAL photos of high resolution.

A preferred resolution would be 1050x1500

We
will gladly crop as needed and convert to black and
white. Simply specify special instructions upon photo
submission.

We DO
NOT recommend the use of the following images:
- Those
stored on the web (low resolution)
- Cell
phone images (low quality)

We will
email you a proof of your card before printing. Please review
it and check for spelling/wording errors. We will print
upon final proof. Text editing is free of charge.

We will
also GLADLY send your envelopes in advance for a fee of
$5. Please let us know if you would like to receive your
envelopes ahead of time.
